I have resolved several bugs and I have added a basic import utility.  It will break a text file into numbered scenes every time it finds the | character in the file.  In the future I will add the same for chapters.

Also I have tweaked the menus and refocused the chapter views.

I have discovered a major bug!  It seems my printer module uses a different control environment than my other controls (GTK vs. QT) SO I am working on a solution and will post it soon.
